HOW to ACCESS the HelpDesk

• To access the HelpDesk (ZenDesk) supported by the ARMUS by HealthCatalyst support team:
  • Click on this link ARMUS Support ZenDesk where you will be able to Create a HelpDesk ticket and access GIQuIC resources such as: recorded GIQuIC registry platform training sessions, GIQuIC QuIC Bites webinars, newsletters and other GIQuIC educational resources.
• If you are having difficulty accessing the HelpDesk (ZenDesk) please send an email to armus.support@healthcatalyst.com.
  • PLEASE DO NOT send any PHI (Patient identifiers or related dates) in your emails even if encrypted. 
• If you receive no reply from our support team to your ticket within a few hours, please do contact us via phone 1-800-942-7687.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• There is a 30 minute training video of the new GIQuIC Registry platform on ZenDesk that gives an overview on how to use the application.
